Residents General Information
Mount Airy has approximately 9,300 residents and is nearly evenly split between Frederick and Carroll County. We have several parks and other recreation areas, and both counties have much to offer. Mount Airy hosts several events during the year, including Spring Fling every May, Fall Festival every October, a Flag Day 5K run, Flag Day Celebration and Christmas in Old Town.
