OPEN MEETING WITH MARYLAND INSURANCE ADMINISTRATION FOR ANYONE IN THE MOUNT AIRY AREA WHO WAS IMPACTED BY THE TORNADO ON
11-2-18 AND NEEDS HELP OR HAS QUESTIONS ABOUT INSURANCE CLAIMS.
MEETING WILL BE HELD AT MOUNT AIRY TOWN HALL, 110 SOUTH MAIN STREET, MOUNT AIRY.
There will be a meeting at the Mount Airy Town Hall on Monday, November 12, 2018 at 7:00 pm with the Maryland Insurance Administration for all Mount Airy in-town and out-of-town residents and businesses affected by the tornado that hit Mount Airy on 11-2-18. The purpose of this meeting is to have Joy Hatchette, a representative of the state agency that regulates insurance companies, available to address citizen questions and concerns.
The Town would like to extend its appreciation to Wendi Peters, Special Secretary for Smart Growth with Governor Hogan’s office, for her help in facilitating this meeting and for her assistance in helping victims of last Friday’s tornado in Mount Airy.
